New Vampire Movie Trailer

A friend of mine clued me in on this new vampire movie, The Vampire’s Assistant. I’m starting to think John C. Reilly has the broadest acting range ever. He’s done Chicago, Gangs of New York and Talledega Nights. And now he’s a vampire. But man, he looks like he really got into this role and that will be to the film’s advantage.

The trailer actually looks really good to me. I’m a little intrigued to see if the film itself will be good, but I have my hopes up. I am wondering, though, what die-hard vampire fans will think of vampires that drink blood, but don’t kill. Still the special effects look really fun and there seems to be a good amount of tongue-in-cheekiness.

The Vampire’s Assistant comes out in October.

    Sorry, not interested. Meh, vampires.

Sounds like vampires with no backbone. That's like zombies who don't really eat human flesh they just grab you and moan.
