I’ve seen a few trailers here and there for Inception, Christopher Nolan’s new film. When I went to see Iron Man 2, this longer trailer came up.

Even in an almost 2 and a half minute trailer, I still don’t really know what’s going on in this movie. But it’s gorgeous, isn’t it? I spent most of the trailer trying to figure out what was stunt work, what was CGI and how they did the actual stunt work! Man, this looks like a fun movie. And it has some of my favorite actors in it (including The Dark Knight’s Michael Caine). I’m really interested in seeing Leonardo DiCaprio and Joseph Gordon-Levitt playing off one another.

What could be the downfall of this movie is the plot. It could be brilliant, but this blend of mind-bending theories and crime noir can easily become convoluted. Nolan has directed Memento and The Dark Knight. I want to believe we are in good hands. I just want to know more about the plot now. But either way, I don’t think there is any way Inception will be less than visually awesome.
